Parent answer: He misses you. Your not avaiable to him very often any more and parents need to converse with their kids. Your almost out the door and dad feels his kid slipping away, all most gone. He looks around and wants to parent once again before your out the door. Eat it up kid, Dad loves you and he'll be history soon.Its bittersweet for us!

lol I would have been like shut the f*uck up. We'll talk about this in the morning. if he still didnt leave id be like ok now im up damn u so lets critize u. LOL my Mom would probably start laughing because thats our relationship...idk I've never had a perental relationship like that but it would piss me off.
