i got no problem with ppl speaking their native tongue, but for like going to the bank calling emergency services , important things like that would make life easier if it was based in one and not both

Because the PC brigade refuses to "offend" illegals for not speaking English, and turns the issue around 180 degrees and accuses the rest of us for being racist.
These people have no intention of learning the language, and I can tell you all right now that if the illegals did learn English the rest of us might even feel better about them, instead of being made to feel like WE are the problem.

First of all call Family Services & report the parents for child neglect. NO child should be out as late as those kids. It's child neglect / child endangerment. Second, call the police & report the harrassment. If that doesn't work get a restraining order against the entire family. Talk about neighbors from Hell! Time to give 'em some Hell right back! Good Luck!

Ask the ACLU... I speak english and spanish, sometime both (spanglish). Language is the heart of cultures. My father and my uncles would get beaten by there teachers if they were caught speaking spanish during school hours. That's how the old days were, something the younger generations don't know about. That' didn't deter them from speaking spanish and that was fifty plus years ago...

Canada is a bi-lingual country, and even that is tricky. Non-french sentiments in this province. Non-english sentiments in that country. Sure, it bothers me when a french person tries to call me and doesn't know english. But why should he? I don't know french that well...
Of course, I can't really answer your question since I don't really know what you're talking about. However, I'm pretty sure there are minimum requirements for citizenship...

well is the added langos not taught in schools for one but for the people not to understand them and taxes having to pay for someone to talk for them and even if you do take the courses the things you really use are not taught you have a mess in speech period.

Because the stupid idea of "political correctness" is been sold as "good manners" so "the professional hypocrites" rather give up our country to the outsiders instead of fighting them for the sake of "having good manners",....cute!!!

Why don't we force people to learn English? Because we are a free country. Haven't you noticed.
