does the hospital take your child? or pick out a name for them?
I don't like any boys or girls names so i am curious to know what would happen in a situation like this,

My boyfriend is really no help at all.It seems he could care less if our child had a name or not

Get a baby book and just start reading. A liking to one of the names will come up.
(And I'm sure they won't take your baby away)

No! A hospital would never do anything like that! They would simply label or child Baby Girl/Baby Boy _____ until you come up with a name.
I suggest reading a baby name book, to give you some ideas. Just make sure that when you go into the hospital, you have a name picked out.

The hospital will not take your child and no they will not pick out a name for your baby.
Get a book of baby names and go through it. Rearrange the letters in your and your boyfriends name to come up with a name that you like, take your favorite movie star and choose their name, or think of words that you like and google them for their association to names such as Bella means Beautiful, etc. Naming a child is hard but it is not as hard as being a parent.

No the hospital doesnt take your baby. I think you have a certain amount of time after the baby is born to decide. I think only a month or two. I am not sure what happens if you havent decided by then. If you still havent picked a name when the baby is a couple months old, ask me............

Oh come on ... how could you not have a name?
Open a book or something, a newspaper... anything. there are names all over the place, you couldnt possibly not like ANY names at all?
Ask a family member or friend , just think back to school and remember names... im sure you can come up with SOMETHING!

You had better just think. You have 9 whole months (usually) to do the research. I have never encountered anyone that had this problem. No, the hospital will not pick out a name. Why would they take your child? That's silly..

I don't think they would take away your baby just because you haven't chosen a name yet. You can name your child anything you want to though. Maybe try looking at names in other languages or even just words in other languages that sound nice and might work well for a name.

NO the hospital wont take your baby--come on theirs a lot of name just pick one that your child will like she or he is the one who will have to caring for the rest of their life you can do it--here's two--Angelina Jean and David James does that help

Of course they won't take your child! But I think you only have about 10 days to choose a name. I'm not sure if that's true for all states or not.

Gee, one gets impregnated and has nine months or so to figure this out. Why wait until the last minute? This should not be an issue. Perhaps a trusted member of your family can give you some ideas.
