I'm going to go buy a house and start a business before they realize I'm not competent enough to be a CEO. I wouldn't make any changes to the company. Things are good enough as they are. As far as the community guidelines go, I'd keep them as is. The CG are what make this site unique and keeps people creative, as opposed to just posting whatever crap a person feels like. Without them, this place would be overrun by trolls, pornographers, and spammers. There are tons of sites like that, and nobody is flocking to go there for a reason. It's like taking your favorite sport and eliminating the rules -- you end up with a few dummies running around with a ball and no goals.

MAKE YAHOO DISPLAY SCALABLE/DYNAMIC LAYOUT!

ADD AN AUTO-DRAFT-SAVE FEATURE LIKE GMAIL SO WHEN INTERNET GOES OUT, ACCIDENTALLY SURF AWAY, ETC YOU DON'T LOSER THE LONG AZZ EMAIL YOU JUST SPENT A SHAT LOAD OF TIME WRITING. (Sorry, I have anger about that) lol

Fix the TV listings mess.

Ad a rewards program for those who contribute QUALITY content like restaurant and movie reviews, and

Identity verification through credit cards, cell phone bills, etc. which then unlocks certain additional features, give more prominence, free upgrades to Flickr or email accounts, or gives greater rewards for content contributions. But also allowing anonymous or disguised posts/contributions as an option.

The list goes on, but how about we talk payment! Or do you expect for users to keep giving you free ideas that you bank on?
