People who serve in the military knew what they were getting themselves into in the first place, and they need to take personal accountability for their experiences.

I would say what they "go through" is expected, and it can and will go away.

stress makes you appreciate the relaxing times. nothing has been proven to physiologically change in the brain from stress except it may raise your blood pressure.

For military personnel's involved in wars I guess they are disturbed due to the violence they experienced.
