I rather cuddle a stuffed animal sheep or think of something sweet before going to sleep...that helps me sleep faster....

...or watch something I like on t.v...something...visually sweet...maybe that's why someone came up with counting sheep....sheep seem sweet, cuddly and cute...something nice to visualize.....

No, it doesn't. Here is what I do it works every time.
Relax your entire body. First your head, then your shoulders, so on, until your relaxed from head to toe. Then breathe deeply and find a comfortable position. close your eyes and breathe deeply. Now, pretend your entire body is slowly filling with lead. You can't move anything. First, your toes. Then your ankles, so on. You're sinking into your bed. You cannot move at all. Breathe deeply and find a comfy position. Close your eyes the whole time. Walah!

nope. can't count and fall asleep at the same time. I just take a deep breath and visualize all my thoughts going away. The next thing I know it's morning!

They make to much noise, smell, steep on you at times. They don't always make the fence because they get tangled in there wool and fall on you, they pee and crap I rather just lay there and at some point I do fall asleep.

In a way. The truth is it gets you so bored that you fall asleep.
It doesn't magically put you to sleep, like everyone says.
