I did, for years, I probably know more than your whole family plus your cousins thrice removed. It didn't help me a bit. I am so very damn poor and struggle with my bills.
On the other hand, there are pretty blond bimbos, who do nothing, just marry. One I knew worked as a seller on some street stall, selling chewing gum. Then she married a rich man, and they spread around that she was a synch translator for a rich man who she married (it's a very high paid job and need a lot of qualifications, at least a university diploma), and she now command a stuff of three (a cook, a maid, a nanny), shops and pose for photos. Why do women even bother to try, if at the end it comes to looks?

sure, that I had a man, who afterwards married a bimbo and bought her a diploma of a neurosurgeon from some foreign university, so she is rich and a "neurosurgeon" now (non-practising, and God help you to avoid her if they decide to buy her a practice). Why did I starve (my parents could not help me), and underslept, and tried for years to
get that PhD, what for? I will go nowhere with it, I do not look even
close like them.

Hi. I sense your frustration. At times, I also feel the same thing. You will just have to admit that we do not have that kind of luck. We can only depend on ourselves. Once you get the hang of depending on yourself only & not others, you will live a more happier live. I'm not talking out of nothing or imagination. I've been thru a lot & luck has never been on my side. I've survived and I'm sure you will too. :) Look on the brighter side of life.

I see that you've blocked me from viewing your questions, but I really do suggest that you get some therapy to deal with your mental health issues. I gave you a very honest, supportive, and clear answer... based on your hateful e-mail response (posted below), it is clear that you lack the healthy mindset needed to take full advantage of your education.
When we learn about great inventors, my students investigate the links between brilliance and insanity. More often than we acknowledge, a genius mind falls over the edge of reason and needs assistance in being pulled back into reality. I sincerely hope you get the help that you need, and I'm sorry that I so offended you (that was never my intention).
Your response to my first answer (I feel very sad for you):
You have received a message from another user!
From: ny
Subject: h
Message: My dear Americoco cow,
we are unable to work because there are no jobs where I live...
None... Maybe, after your third hamburger with the fries you will get
it into your tiny brain... that the whole of this earth is not your
hamburger land...
And if you did not like my "spelling" - why, you call always STOP
chewing hamburgers and learn at least ONE foreign language... You
never bothered with this, did you? And now you are bashing foreigners
for some spelling you disliked? They are not like your entire hamburger
chewing family? I bet we are not... I never tire to marvel at the
fat chewing Americocos... We are not good enough to match their fat
smelly family on basic Americoco salaries.... Bad, bad foreigners...
Fat Americocos do not understand them, and when the foreigners
bothered to learn Americoco language, fat Americocos disapproved on
... spelling! Fat swines.

I think the value of PhD's is debatable for either sex - unless it's something that is in demand. I've heard it said that each extra degree you get increases how much you'll get paid, but I'm not convinced. I considered doing a masters and couldn't see where it would get me. I decided that getting experience through work was the better way forward, and I think that's largely been the case. Also I think it depends what you're going to study. I don't think a PhD in some kind of literature is not going to mean you earn more than a normal degree in IT for example.

Education is only part of being successful financially. What did you get your education in? If you majored in something that would give you a marketable skill and you seriously pursue it, then you'll be successful financially. However, if you have a degree in art appreciation with a minor in raisin peeling you'll never make a dime.
Also, have you ever thought that these "bimbo's" who never got an education and who married for money, are totally at the mercy of their husbands. They have nothing without him and maybe after a few years they hate him and are stuck with him.

What you have done is a huge accomplishment, if for nothing else for yourself! You should be proud of that. You're one of the few that have motivated yourself to better your life, and trust me it will pay off for you. Go after a good job that you want and do not give up! The girls that only get jobs because of their looks will not be there long (unless they have a boss who only goes for looks) which wont get either of them that far for long in this world. He must already have money, because smart women are who respectable companies look for. The blonde crap is out, except for pimps. Don't let this get you down, you have come along way. It will pay off for you in the end. It also depends on what you went to school for.

My parents insisted that all of their daughters be educated and able to hold a self-sufficient form of employment before they would consent to our marriages. If our marriages fail, we will always be able to care for ourselves and our children. I continue to work, while my sisters choose to be at-home mothers.
Are you unable to work at this point? I am not sure why, unless if you have no job experience and expect to start at the top of the job ladder. There are jobs available for educated people, but there is competition. You will not be poor or homeless if you have a healthy mind and a capable body, thanks to your education.
I'm also concerned that you're overestimating your abilities. Based on the composition/spelling of your sentences, I don't believe that you know more than my entire family. That attitude is a sign of an unhealthy mindset, something that may be standing in the way of your potential success.

Whatever your sentiments are now, they are done and don't be bitter about them...yes women should be weapon with education..I strongly beleive that an educated woman can have a better future..not riding on other's back, or using people, but use her education to equip her with all the comforts in life and later on her future family, can help her husband raise better kids and have abetter life..Opportunities are more for educated women and we like it or not, time has changed, we see women everywhere with top positions and competing quite well with men.and they ahve a palce in the society.........just continue and attempt...you will have a better outlook in life and about yourself...good luck!!

Let go of all those frustrating feelings.... forget about who is doing what and how they got there. You have no idea what they are truly dealing with on the inside. You need to work on what's inside of you. And if you keep feeling like this and focussing on all the negativity that's around you right now, you won't get very far. Change your outlook and I can guarantee that things will start to turn around.

Obviously your jealous. I think an education is more important than good looks, because over the years, beauty fades, but a quality education in the long run will be more of an advantage than beauty.
