For a sound sleep I some times think about my nursery class room and start counting 1-2-3-4……in a slow speed, but hardly ever reach beyond 50or 60 and fall dead to the world. Try it, it works.

right before i go to sleep is the favorite part of the day for me!
even if i had a bad day, i sit and re-visualize the events in the way i wanted it them to be, and it feels real, therefore it makes me happy! and there's nothing better then going to sleep peacefully.
i also think about the guy im in love with and dream about being together and spending time. i believe in our thoughts making up the most of our lives, so it really helps to get him closer :)

Hi
Its a pretty question really!!
Thats my good habit from childhood to till date to remind myself or drawing my mind towards the flashback of the incidents happened throughout the whole day.And i think there are many benefits to do like this everyday in our life.If you have done any mistakes you can improve it next day.Well here i do not want to make big topics but i know thats good idea to think just before going to sleep.

Only 5 things:
1. First i think about my lovely parents & lil sister
2. I think which dress i should wear the next day
3. What all things i should do the next day
4. Read all the sms which i got from my family, cousins & friends
5. About a favourite scene of a movie.
Thats it, when thinking all these ill peacefully fall asleep.
Cheers!

You know, when I was a child daily I used to pray by repeating again and again same words that I should not be affected by any diseases, that I should not get hurt, I should live 100 years.
I used to literally repeat each and every word more than 5 times, How Foolish and Cowardly that was. It is the most foolish thing!
Now I know that fear is a mortal enemy and Let's face it!

When i was in school or whenever i'm studying something, i use that time to think about things i've learned in alphabetical order. i start with A and am usually asleep before M! and it does help me remember things.
if i'm not trying to "study," i used this alphabet game to fall asleep by using the names of places, food, songs, tv shows or movies, people's names, things i want to do someday, etc.... it helps clear my mind from the worries of the day so that i can fall asleep.

No, but I take sleeping pills to shut my mind down for the night. I am one of those people who has a mind that constantly goes and goes and goes...It's like the Energizer bunny.
