Yes, Victoire (a French name, after all) is the daughter of Fleur and Bill Weasley. Ron's children refer to her as "our" Victoire because she's their first cousin. She's evidently a bit older than the rest of the Weasley-Potter clan, since Teddy Lupin, who has to be nineteen at the end, is "snogging" her. As for the names of Ron and Hermione's children, could Rose and Hugo be the names of Hermione's parents?

It's a little late for this question but I'll still help you out:

Bill and Fluer--Victorie
Ron and Hermione--Hugo and Rose
Harry and Ginny-- James, Albus, and Lily
George--(unknown) But I would guess that he'd name his first son Fred
Tonks and Lupin(R.I.P.)--Teddy(godson of Harry)

Now Bill and Fluer named there daughter Victorie becuase the good people won the war at hogwarts.
Hermione and Ron- ONLY 2 KIDS!!
In the book when it mentions Freddy and Victorie kissing(snogging), and they say it would be nice if they got married becuase TEDDY would be part of the family because Tonks and Lupin were not related to the Weasleys, Potters, Grangers, or Fleurs family.

Good enough?
Merry Christmas!!!

jkrowling said that when george got married, he and his wife, whom i want 2 kno who it is!, they named their first son fred. ron and hermione only had THREE kids. she said this in an interview where she explained the fates of the surviviors of the battle, but im not so sure as where to find it, i had it emailed to me a while back

and i dont kno y fluer and bill named victorie that, but i doubt it was because of the victory, cuz if she was still going to hogwarts at that time, then she was born at least 2 years later.

ya hermione and ron have rose and hugo. VICTOIRE IS NOT THEIR DAUGHTER. she is fleur and bill's. and george did name his son fred. i don't have a clue why R and H named their son Hugo, that kind of came out of nowhere... =) hope this helps!

Yeah I think it would have been nice, but Hermione probably named them, and I don't think she was that close with Fred.
