If she was a boy, the initials could present a problem with teasing by her peers, especially if later in life, was homosexual, but she is a girl, so why would anyone teaser her about her initials or call her f.a.g.? To avoid any and all chance of being ridiculed, you could just change her name to Angelina Faith instead. Really, it is up to you and your husband. If you both like Faith Angelina better than Angelina Faith, go for it. Rarely do you have to write out your initials and although you do have to write out your full name including middle initial on application and things, not many will look to see if the initials spell any words. If there are people that do that, they have far too much time on their hands!

I think that is the initilas are a concern, maybe name her Angelina Faith. That way you both get what you want w/o the worry of F.A.G.. If your hubby wants your little girl to remember her heritage, there is no better way than having her first name be Angelina. I have a sister named Angelina, so I really like the name. If you name her Angelina Faith G???, her initials will be AG and AFG.

There will be teasing and your child may not appreciate it later in life. It would probably be best to do Angelina Faith and you could call your daughter Faith (if you're set on calling her Faith and not Angelina) since many people now like to use their middle name as a first name/nickname.
Have you discussed this issue with your husband? I'm sure he wouldn't have liked it if his initials spelled F.A.G or anything else that seemed inapproriate.

I would switch it to Angelina Faith. That still sounds good and the initials wouldn't spell anything. But if you don't like it that way consider adding in another name.
If you just cant work through it then do not worry about it. Most of the time she will not use her initials anyway. Also her name will change when she gets married,.
I would try to change it though. B/c my friends initials were F.U. and in about 6th grade it was brought up so can you imagine F.A.G.

If you ask her in twenty years I guarantee she'll say pick a different middle name. Angelina isn't the only Italian name out there. At least she's not a boy, but kids will still mercilessly make fun of her. My last name is mildly funny and I took so much crap for it in elementary school. I can't even imagine what the intials FAG will do. The middle name isn't that important. Just make it something else.

I don't think initials matter too much but I don't like the way Faith Angelina sounds when you say it. Angelina doesn't work well as a middle name. Why don't you switch it around and then you both get what you want.
Angelina Faith....

It is kind of bad that the initials spell F.A.G. If you both love those names maybe switch them and name her Angelina Faith.

I'm sorry to say it but I think it will cause a problem in her life as she gets older. Why don't you name her Angelina Faith? Then if you want to call her Faith you still can. I am so glad to see that you are thinking ahead about something like this, so many parents don't and your name is something very important really, it can affect the impression people have of you, your carrer, lots of things.

Call her Angelina Faith instead and just call her by her middle name. A.F.G. is a lot better than F.A.G.! She would get made fun of. I love the names you chose! =)

I LOVE the name Faith [in fact I was suppossed to be named Faith.] It doesn't seem very nice for her initials to spell FAG. Instead, why not give her two middle names? Or switch it to Angelina Faith
