Justin: He's a jock, hot, my bestfriends' twin brother, he's shy, i kno he likes me, but he won't admit it
Kyle: he's a nerd, shy, never talks to me at school. i kno that he likes me becaues he was im-ing me on the computer and told me. also, he always talks to me on the computer or texts me....but never talks to me in person.

My answer is none of the above for the following reasons:
1. Garrett will keep your attention but he like's another girl more? That is not exactly a good boyfriend trait. See what happens at the holiday ball I am sure it will be very telling. If you catch him checking the other girl out ... well you might just want to have cab money to get you home.
2. Justin is your best friend's twin brother? He sounds great but won't that put some unusual tension between you and your best friend? Only you can decide.
3. Kyle sounds great but if there is no chemistry darling you might as well not waste your time. And... um... you need to talk in person. If he is too shy to do that ... it's just not happening.
My best advise would be to hold out for someone else. : )

Hmm, Garrett likes someone else, and has already had a girlfriend, doesn't sound like he knows what he wants, and will probably break your heart or cheat on you.
Justin sounds like he's not yet mature enough for a relationship as he is still scared of being honest with himself and others. Communication is an essential quality for a relationship. This will lead to heartache and breakup.
Kyle - well, at least he's man enough to admit he likes you. Some people communicate best online. :) And hey, the nerds tend to turn out the best in the long run. Have you ever seen Patrick Dempsey as a teenager? Go talk to Kyle and see if he will talk to you.

Justin: He might admit it because he shy and your twin brother might hurt hm if he gets near is you.
Kyle: He is nervous because he thinks you don't like him so just go up to him and ask him at it might not be that bad because he is someone different

I can't answer the question without knowing you and the guys - even if I did, you would still have to decide for yourselves.
See if they are interested in spending time with you, and go on dates; you will know soon enough if something develops.
As for the guy who broke up last Saturday: "rebound" relationships often don't work out. Be a friend, but give him some time to recover - it may just pay off later.

Justin. Garrett won't fit, how can you have a relationship with a guy knowing that he likes another girl better than you? Kyle, is he cute? Try to get to know him first before picking one you'll never know, you could be regretting your decisions in the future.

Garrett is on the rebound so I wouldn't go there. Justin sounds like the best option to me, however, your friendship with his sister/brother could suffer from you two getting together. Kyle sounds too shy and insecure, that's not good.

i would try to find garretts intersts and stuff and if he is takin u to a holiday ball he likes u a lot more than u think but justin would be ok to just dont have ur bestfriend hook u up i found out the hard way

I would say keep looking.. The first two spell trouble, yet you seem to be into the appearance and popular guys. The third would be a great possibility but seems to be a little under your standards, which means he would only be good for you just to hang out with and nothing more..
