i'm tryin to install the sims to my pc but it won't work it says the serial number i enter is wrong. help, its the old sims and i had it on my pc before but i got a new pc and don't know how to get it on again .
please help

Did you type in the serial number correctly? Did you type the letters in as capitalized? Try that if you didn't. If that doesn't help, the only thing I can say is contact EA Games and request a new serial number.
