That it is men that complain most on GWS about women, yet these same men accuse women of using the, "victim" card. These same men say that women do the reporting yet they are the first ones to brag about reporting others.
They use insults such as hypocrisy yet they are the ones that practice just that.

Incredible, isn't it? On days with little else to do, I go through the pages of GWS and find, overwhelmingly, that the questions posed are by men. And almost all are criticisms, complaints or accusations directed at women and the 'behaviour of the day'. They seem to feed off one another, posing different aspects of the same subject (ie. hypocricy, false rape allegations, gold diggery, etc).

As you well know, I am not one to automatically side with women or jump on any bandwagon. But I'm finding it harder and harder to take alot of these guys seriously - so negative and closed are their minds. There seems to be no opening for honest or intelligent discussion - they only want to point out the evils of women. Very productive...

The world is full of people who are consumed by their own best interests and self indulgences. Significant social commentary is normally expected to be of the "I fully agree with what You say" variety, rather than the more pedestrian and accurate, "So what" style of response.
Many contributors to this forum (gender non-specific) adopt the guise of which ever persona will best suit their purposes. Many of the "men" who are lodging complaints are in reality females who are trying to create confrontation and reclaim this forum back from a male oriented audience. Neither stupidity nor hypocrisy are governed by gender alone.

It's a typical ploy performed by people who oppose a movement--minimize the actual acts of cruelty like some minimize rape and say that these women are not victims but are whiners, yet harp about meaningless "issues" like who should ask who on a date or use bait and switch tactics and blame feminists for the behavior of every living woman, whether the woman is anti-feminist, a non-feminist, or a feminist.

I got a great laugh out of the troll who answered this question and said reporting should be banned! I wonder why they'd say that...(rolls my eyes).

It seems every time one of us talks about REAL stories of abuse, some come out with insults, it is amazing and cruel. Especially insulting is that they assume things about people they don't know, just because they find it amusing. The more I read those kind of posts, the less respect I have, especially for one hysterical character (lol)
They think this is their private amusement park, but it is so far away from that. This is a public place and we ALL are free to express our opinions.

About the reporting thing, I don't lose my time. I have reported questions that promote racism or violence, but it has been rare. But why to report someone that just is showing plain stupidity? I don't even give thumbs down in my own questions. The people I DON'T like are blocked, it is clear as water, I DON'T like them, and I don't want any contact with them.

I think that some guys here are less about equality and true men's rights and are more about trying to feel righteous and justified in their complaints. Some of these kinds of guys may feel the same way about race relations too- they might simultaneously complain about the "reverse racism" of affirmative action and criticize minorities for playing "the race card".

I know because I used to feel like that- about gender issues, not race. They need to get some perspective and get over it.

GWS has the most ridiculous trolls. They'll complain about women endorsing violence, yet everyday there's a post by one of these guys telling a poster to slap a woman.

when women brag they do it aloud in the open so that everyone will think that this behaviour is associated with women only.and men they do it without making noise so that no one would know they also do it.in conclusion it's a normal behavior for everyone but in different way.

Strangely enough, when women complain about victimization (however rarely), we talk about much more significant problems. DV outweighs women's "poor behaviour."

exactly. they accuse feminists of playing victim all the time, yet ask questions about how no one cares about men, and men have no rights. its pathetic.
