I have 3 games I want to put on my PC, Medieval total war 2, Sim City 4, and Call of Duty 4... My PC meets all of the PC's requirements and I have 1 GB of ram and 250 GB of hard drive, so I have plenty of Space. But if I download them all to my PC, when I playing a game, will it be slower since I have other games downloaded to it?

No, that's a common misconception people made about PC storage.

When you install a game, the game data is store in your hard drive. As long as your 250GB hard drive have enough space required by the game, you can install them all into your hard drive, nothing to worry about.

What makes a game slow? Memory, NOT hard drive. But when you install a game, you use hard drive, not memory. So, that just goes to show that installing a game won't affect your PC performance.

Memory is use to load software and data that you run, not what you install inside your PC.
