When you opt to change an internet websites password, it is also changed in Windows. The first time you change it you simply click the same option for saving it as you did the first time.
Passwords that Windows "saves" for us are inaccessable to anyone. They are saved in an encrypted form in the registry. The key in the Registry where this information is stored has permissions set so that nobody, not even an administrator, can access it. This is why when a user forgets his/her account password and can no longer get into that account, and an Administrator has to take Ownership of said account, all passwords and password protected files are forever lost to the User who forgot the account password.
Passwords and password protected files are the ONLY objects totally innaccessible to administrators. An administrator can take ownership of every other type of file in somebody elses user account, but not password protected files.
If, when you changed the password for this account Windows is still providing the old password when you first browse to the sites logon page, simply put the new password into the proper dialog box, and click the "remember my password" and then click Submit. This should change the password in the Windows Registry.
If this is not occuring, and you find yourself locked out of logging onto that website, something is wrong within Windows. I suggest you go to a Windows Newsgroup and ask for further assistance. Here is a good one, and if that one is not the one you wish to use then look to the left side of the window and you will see a list of all the available newsgroups.
