they are referring to newborns who sleep all the time or to the time the baby is still in the womb sleeping..so peaceful

Honestly? That pretty much is how I sleep, can't remember the last time I slept all the way through the night.
No wonder I can be such a SOB sometimes, too little sleep. lol

It's just a saying. But in my opinion it means you sleep calmly until someone shakes you awake.
