Avoid all sites. To get an agent you need a CV, headshot and cover letter written by your mum asking the agent to represent you. These you mail to as many agents as are in or near your city. It is important that you live where the agent is located so you can attend auditions. Probably better that just trying to jump into a career would be to go to an acting school or university to study acting. Do some web searches on the topic, there are lots of good places in the UK.

Search on the internet on Google and places like StarNow for any jobs in your local area or away if you are willing to travel. Also search on google for any agencies, youth agencies as you are still 16 and email/write to them to ask them to send you information. Just search around, you might already be part of or consider being part of some sort of drama or stage group to improve. The teachers also sometimes give out information on auditions.
Remember to be careful if you are looking for an agent. Go with your parents and read all the text on the contracts, you might also need a license if you are considered a minor, I'm not sure what the minimum age is.
Good luck!
