The Cross Bronx Expressway Bridge is the bridge that crosses the Harlem River between Manhattan and the Bronx on said highway. It doesn't have a toll.

Of the other bridges, the only with a toll is the George Washington (inbound only).

the George Washington Bridge has a $6 when going into the city (east bound) no toll leaving the city. The cross bx is a hwy not a bridge, no toll, The whitestone and throggs neck bridges both have tolls these are bridges that are accessible by the cross bx. the other bridges that you mention have no tolls they connect the mainland (bronx) to manhattan, they are also located in crummy neighborhoods, do not stop your car there.
