OK it depends on what you mean.
Chips like potato chips- or french Fry's.
Mash like mashed potato's.
In that case french Fry's.
OR
CHIPS the 80's TV show.
MASH TV show.

Sausage = Mash (preferably potato/sweet potato/garlic & cheese) & onion gravy

chips though i do like mash, just not as often as chips. here we call them french fries. i only knew what you meant coz we do call fish with french fries "fish and chips"
