Loans are based upon the borrower's ability to repay.

As far as disabilities are concerned loans are not based upon disability and doing so would be illegal anyway.

Since ability to repay is the key factor, someone who is unemployed would not likely qualify for an unsecured loan. A secured loan might be a possibility if there was enough collateral but an unsecured loan simply isn't going to happen and anything less than loan-shark rates. (And loan sharks have their ways of collecting, like broken kneecaps, so avoid them at all costs.)

They give loans as regular money going in however not secured as if you loose benefits it does not cover benefit loss only if you have terminal illness, die or lost job benefit not classed as job income.
Will add they will sell you anything just to make you have loan and tell you insured and payment protection however what they do not tell you is it does not cover loss of any benefit so if you are thinking about loan and on benefit please check out if covered

Your local Jobcentre or Citizens Advice may be able to help with advice on things like social fund loans.
