Pornography..See almost all of my family smokes, and when I get older(much much older) and I started smoking they wouldn't mind, but if they caught me with porn then god help me..My point is that pornography would be banned even though i think that smoking should, because im my opinion pornography does not affect your health in any way,but smoking does harm your health, and you get get deadly diseases from smoking such as cancer, and smoking does not only harm but but the people around you that smoke, lets say ur with a friend that does not smoke and ur smoking, then ur friends lungs will get affected and ur friend would be in high risk to getting the same lung disease. So I think that smoking should be banned and not pornography.Plus smoking also pollutes our Earth, and I really don't think that Earth needs any more pollution then it already has

Smoking in Public Places has already been banned where I live, so that just leaves porn.
to my understanding, porn only leads to blindness and does not have a health effect on others around you, as does smoking.
Did I hear in California that smoking with young kids in the car is not a violation?

depending on where you live, both have already been banned. but unless my memory is fooling me then pornography was banned first its just that people tend to ignore the ruling and its difficult to prove that someone is breaking the law and looking at pornography because it is in private whereas it is easier to prosecute someone smoking in the wrong place or at all because it is relatively public. So it depends where you live. However if you are talking about a complete ban the smoking is more likely to be attempted because more people find smoking offensive so they are more likely to lobby to have a complete ban whereas pornography isn't forced into peoples faces and it is therefore easier to ignore o simply not be involved in.

Given the current political climate in the U.S. it will probably be smOKing. It seems that those against smoking thinks that it is ok to use illegal drugs, be against religion, engage in risky or deviant sexual practices, and generally against all of the principals that the U.S. was founded on. The same people also seem to want to elect liberals who want to control the lives of everyone like Hitler, Stalin, Castro and all the other dictators that have ruled since the beginning of time.

smoking has an effect on those around you (second hand smoke). porn doesn't do that, so i think people would ban smoking in public places.

smoking in public places since everyone is so obsessed with that these days. Porn has always been around and will continue to do so no one cares about that

Smoking of course, for it is public and you can be caught easily. Pornography? not a chance, maybe some sites, or magazines, but not all.
