in fact, any bank that bids for the business will likely require that you move your business' accounts to that firm.

chargebacks are an unfortunate fact of life for merchants who accept credit cards. They can and do occur weeks to months after the sale. Bankers will only handle your charges if they have some reasonable assurance that your firm will still be there to cover the chargebacks -- and that's your banking business.

Since, in essence, processing a merchant's charge deposits is a credit extending function, be prepared for all the normal business credit stuff -- regular financial statements required, personal guarantee, minimum equity in the business, etc.
