Mikey-I'm sorry, but you were wrong. When she wouldn't leave, you should have called the police. If you threatened her, it's an assault. Get yourself an attorney. This is minor if you have a good record and could probably be plea bargained away. I always hear people say "I can't afford an attorney." I think you can't afford a conviction more and the threat, if proven, is a crime.

You should have called the police after the first time you told her to leave. Now she more than likely feels she has the upper hand. If she is there to start something, the less you let her get under your skin the better.

little ones at that age are previous the spanking age. On suitable of that, whether the ex did it or no longer would not provide you or your husband the "acceptable" to spank the little ones. Spanking is now no longer seen an acceptable punishment and additionally remember to get in hassle for spanking them, so my suggestion; do no longer spank the little ones. as a replace, you ought to locate a thank you to help those 3 understand that their habit has outcomes that they gained't like. Grounding, removing of television or laptop privileges, curfews, no procuring for what they want, and so on. greater desirable yet, you ought to sit down down and communicate with them, ideally in my view, and then as you learn what's dealing with their minds, help them to appreciate that their habit isn't proper, no longer basically to you yet because of the fact the greater youthful adults that they are starting to be. those females choose a function form and a sturdy occasion, and it feels like the ex isn't offering it. you have the prospect and could grab it. i be attentive to it only isn't uncomplicated, in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it extremely is accomplished, and if it variety of feels too lots for you and your husband, get some expert help. you would be doing yourselves and the females a brilliant want. sturdy success.

well you weren't very smart letting her sit in your driveway for 20 minutes. why didn't you call the police? just b/c she calls the police doesn't mean you will automatically get arrested. domestic violence isn't limited to bodily harm. there is more to this story then you are telling us.

More to the story than you're admitting.
It's like this.
Everyone wants to be the good guy. All of us!
Poor poor pitiful me. I was just sitting in my house, minding my own business when this crazy woman was in my driveway blowing her horn.
The police came and took me away for no reason.
Is that it?
I'm not sure if you're aware that you used the term
"in my rage".
Maybe, in your rage, you went outside and said something to her like,
" I understand your anger. Won't you please come inside and read the Bible with me."
Maybe?
Or did maybe, in your rage, something else happened, outside your house, that you're not sharing with us?
The police don't arrest someone for sitting in their home listening to someone outside blowing their car horn!!!!!

Mikey,
OH... anyway... Call the police and file trespassing charges on her. It will not make your threat go away, but it will officially document that she was trespassing at your house. This will help your defense. The best defense is a good offense. Do this right away.. like now....

Unfortunately, women make all the rules. Just make sure we never get Hillary as president, because she would have you hooked up with wires and if you thought it, you would be arrested.
