My ex wife was in my drive way honking the horn fo 20 minutes and I told her to leave. She would not in my rage i might of said I fell like killing her!! .Needless to say she called the police and I was arrested for domestic volince. can they do this if she is on my property and i told her to leave atleast 10 times.if you can help that would be great.... p.s.i have never hit a women and would never harm any one ..thanks

Mikey-I'm sorry, but you were wrong. When she wouldn't leave, you should have called the police. If you threatened her, it's an assault. Get yourself an attorney. This is minor if you have a good record and could probably be plea bargained away. I always hear people say "I can't afford an attorney." I think you can't afford a conviction more and the threat, if proven, is a crime.

Poor poor pitiful me. I was just sitting in my house, minding my own business when this crazy woman was in my driveway blowing her horn.
The police came and took me away for no reason.

OH... anyway... Call the police and file trespassing charges on her. It will not make your threat go away, but it will officially document that she was trespassing at your house. This will help your defense. The best defense is a good offense. Do this right away.. like now....
