I do play cannaster, but regret haven't played it for years. A fine game. One of the losses to family life really is, we no longer have the need to entertain ourselves. Before TV we all played family games and one of the best times was Christmas. Snakes and ladders, darts, chess.cards often for a penny a game Not forgetting 'Cannaster'

I used to play canasta and liked it very much. Have almost forgotten how to play it now because not many people know it. Bit like Whist which I like too.
