in the video description it says that you can get paid to watch videos or to post your beat making videos. Is it real or is it a rip-off?

Its probably a rip-off...unless its gametrailers.com. You do get paid to watch videos there, the only catch is it's not real money you're getting, its GTD. After you get enough you can trade it for hats, shirts (little things) and best of all games. (you can also get consoles, but thats a lot of saving...) Offhand, gametrailers.com is the only place I know of, though you can't redeem the GTD for actual money, you can trade it for gaming goodies.
