DETROIT - In another blow to the Motor City's tarnished image, Detroit pushed past St. Louis to become the nation's most dangerous city, according to a private research group's controversial analysis, released Sunday, of annual FBI crime statistics

I have no clue as to why, it's not like its the first time it's been number one. I grew up there and it's held the top spot many times.

Liberals hate it every time one of their grand social experiments takes another city to hell, and then liberals will do everything they can to discredit those who honestly point out the failures that result from liberal rule.
Detroit's police chief tried to demonize the people who reported the fact that she is failing to keep crime in check, and never said a word in the press conference about trying to do a better job protecting the people of Detroit. Liberals like her are part of why I carry a 10mm Glock to protect myself. I know that the idea of police protection under the control of liberals who want to protect criminals more than honest citizens is a sick joke and as a free man it is not only my right, but my responsibility to protect myself. I will not call 911 while I am being attacked. I'll make the call after solving the problem so the police can come with an ambulance to clean up the mess I was forced to make of the criminal's head.
I have seen the results of liberal rule with the accompanying high crime rates, and I refuse to be a victim no matter how much liberals scream when they hear that I will defend myself.

Do we really need someone to tell us that Detroit is dangerous? I thought that was common knowledge. I live in Alabama and the local media is having the same hissy fit because Birmingham was named the 6th most dangerous.
Of course they fail to see the connection to the story on the same day about 4 murders and 6 assaults in the Birmingham area over the weekend. All I can say is "DUH". Anyone else notice that the top ten cities in the most dangerous list have majority black residents? Oops, sorry, I might have stepped on some toes there.

Because Michigan is a blue state, being highly Liberal. They want to protect their own theory that Democrats are honest, God-loving, law-abiding citizens. They can't accept the falsity of that theory, just like they can't accept Global Warming is still an unproven theory, or that Hellary truly is indeed a criminal. I wonder if they still believe that Bill did NOT have sex "with THAT woman".......mmmmmmmm....

Dead, Detroit has always been a toilet, Regardless of who runs it. Blame the unions for the state its in now. That's why I left there in 1984. People blame NAFTA, But it was the unions that forced business to seek cheaper labor elsewhere, in order to stay in business. so unemployment skyrocketed up and. people turned to crime, to survive

because Detroit has the most "Diverse" population. study after study has concluded the higher the diversity, the higher the crime rate. oops, sorry lefties if this upsets you, but truth is truth.

whew. thank god (lower case g intended) the american economy no longer has to rely on the strength of detroit and it's industries.
the japanese have saved us.
