depends on the fossil tissues..

if we want to clone the creature we need sufficient dna..(but now it is possible to replicate dna using pcr....

the next thing is usually the bone of the creature is a dead tissue bone because it is about million of years since the lived..so we cannot clone creature with dead tissues or cells..cloning needs live tissue or genetic material..

last but not least..it is a waste effort to bring back dinosaur to live because even the existing animals we cannot take good care of them,so why should we bring another creature that dont belong to this age to live..

Not yet, but it may be possible as more research is done on cloning and fossils. Like the previous answer, though, fossils do not generally contain complete DNA sequences.
