Worming, vaccination, desexing and micro-chipping. Not all owners are aware of why these things are important. These may seem like boring subjects to some people - trust me, I know those 'some people' - but the above mentioned subjects are vitally important to an animal's health, and a prevention of unwanted litters.

vaccines, spaying adn neutering, traveling with a pet, PCS-ing (for those in the military), moveing, basic care(food, socialization, training, grooming, cage/environment, play/fun,pros/cons of that pet, health, adn general cost) ; i would do different courses for each type of pet: rodent, exotic, snake, lizard, dog, cat, hores, and fish. also i would do something to show them what happens when you dont take care of a pet and read them the "I Died Today" letter to help them know that a pet is a long term commitment.
i hope i have helped you out good luck with your program.
~also you could tell the owners how they can help your local animal shelters/sanctuaries raise money to car for the pets that come in. liek a little awarness thing. well liek i said: good luck!

Basic obedience training and
training to go to vets and groomers at an early age.
Dear Vet,
Please give me a simple explaination for my grooming clients as to why dogs shake when they go to the vets and groomers......I know why the dogs continue this behavior. Because the clients humanize it as an emotion.
Thanks

Pet foods - what makes a good food vs a bad food (ingredients); the myth of designer and retail foods (eg. Iams, Purina, etc) being "good quality foods"; when to purchase good foods reasonably.

Basic training. Nothing worse than an ill mannered pet.
There are no bad dogs, just uninformed humans.
