MY DAUGHTER WAS TELLING ME THAT SHE WAS BEING TOUCHED IN SEXUAL WAYS BY HER FATHER!! I REPORTED IT AND IVE BEEN TRYING TO FIGHT HER SEEING HIM!! THEY CLOSED MY CASE DUE TO LACK OF SUBSTANTIAL EVIDENCE!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!! ARE THERE ANY OTHER WAYS TO STOP HIM FROM SEEING HER!!!!

I don't think there is any other way, other than gathering evidence against him. Whom did you report it to?? If it was just the police, I wouldn't stop there...I'd go the Child Welfare in your City... they would probably start an investigation and possibly hault any visits with him.... Best of luck....

Remember a few years ago when you met this guy, fell in love and couldn't live without him?
Remember how, without a whole lot of planning, you and he decided to make a baby?
Well guess what? It's called coming back and biting you in the ***.
Making a baby is not getting a puppy. This guy that you couldn't live without back then is now, supposedly, a child molester.
Odds are, he's not, but because you're tired of him and want to move on you might as well justify not letting him see his kid by making up storys about him.
Remeber this! Your daughter will have a better life and grow up happier if she has two loving parents she can count on.
