i dont like to be hairy so should i shave my legs and crotch?

While, generally, your sexual partners will appreciate a well-groomed crotch, shaving your legs may be a bit much. Of course, it all depends on personal choice, and if you don't want hair there, then go for it. However, a couple of things to keep in mind.

1 - If possible, us a single-blade razor (especially if you have coarse hair). This will reduce irritation and make it less likely that you'll get razor bumps. Also, try not to go over any area more than twice during a shaving session.

2 - Shave in the shower. This will keep your skin moist and reduce irritation. Just be sure that you use real shaving cream/gel and not soap. Soap dries out the skin.

3 - Do your best to shave regularly. Maintenance is much easier than having to start from scratch every couple of weeks.

Try to figure out WHY you don't like hair. Are you generally uncomfortable with the changes of puberty? Did you deveop a bit faster than your friends? Has some one made a silly comment about your hairiness? Are you ambivilant about masculinity in general? Hairiness is normal for all adults, and guys are normally hairier than women. It's no fun fighting your nature all the time. It would be far less trouble to get to the root (pun intended) of your dislike of hair and deal with it.

If you want to then yeah. It's OK to shave (or neaten up) - anus, balls, chest, crotch.. under your arms might be a bit extreme and the legs if theyre really hairy thats fine too

Personal choice, but realize you're going to have to keep shaving it. As a guy, hair is one of the package deals.
