I am up at 5 making breakfast and sending my man off to work. Then I have a peaceful cuppa and make my kids breakfast. Then when the boys wake up the house is alive.
On the weekends I am up at 7 making breakfast for the house, enjoying my quiet time.

usually around 2 or 2:30 in the morning, I work night shift and find it almost impossible to sleep all night long when I am off. I am trying to figure out if my baby due in a few weeks is going to have some weird sleep schedule because of this.

4:00 for pete's sake. I'm afraid that if I fall back to sleep, I won't wake up in time. Not sure in time for what on a non-workday. How weird is that?

I always take it as whenever i wake up is when my body is done sleeping.
I take whatever amount of time i have alone to get things done for myself. I take a shower, take my time getting dressed for the day, have a cup of coffee, check my e-mail. Write out my bills...
Whatever i want to do, as selfish as it sounds, i do for myself!!
