who likes, loves, the old slow romantic music from the 50's&60's? [i'm a romatic] i know, it's a time warp thing, but i can't get enought of it! also the classic country, it's when music was music, at least you knew what they were saying!

I'm the number one fan of the oldies. I love everything by the Drifters. They have always been my favorite group. I also like some of the classic country music, especially George Jones.

Im also a romantic who loves the old love songs of the 50s & 60s , But somewhere along this wonderful adventure we call life, Ive learned to roll with the changes and try new and different things and for the most part the results have always been positive. Try steping out of the time warp and really LISTEN to some of todays romantic music. Rock, country, whatever. As long as you can understand what they are saying, and I think you will find that the romantic in you will be very pleased. I look at it like this. Its almost 2008. Life really is short, so live it to the fullest and be happy! I believe that romance [and romantic music].are vital to enjoying life.and isnt that what its all about?

It's good to change pace with an oldies station on the radio sometimes. One of the things that jumps out at you, is that they were much better vocalists back then, they didn't hide their voices behind instruments or electronics.

It doesn't appeal to me, but then the stuff I love probably doesn't appeal to you either. The great part is that we both enjoy our music.. so let's go crank it up !!! :o)
