Well...in order to figure out an answer for this you need to be more detailed in your question. What's the problem with your tongue?

You didn't say what the problem is.
I have something called "Geographic Tongue". It means I have sores called fissures on my tongue that move around & hurt if I eat sour or acidic foods. I've learned to eat bland stuff.
