Very Cheap Tuition Fee. A foreigner can live affluently in the Philippines with their dollar.

We have few good expensive private schools to choose from.

I think it's a way of balancing a poor country with very limited facilities but have lots of good teachers.

Sad to say that most of the good teachers in the Philippines are getting out of the country for better pay.
