Tuck's pads and Colace (stool softener). I'm not a doctor, so I don't know what's wrong, all I know is that the pads help with any burning from tearing and the Colace makes it easier to go.

You can find out more about natural hemorrhoids cure here http://curehemorrhoid.info
Diarrhea can contribute to hemorrhoid formation because the bowel undergoes pressure strains due to the condition. Undue pressure on the veins that make up internal hemorrhoidal structures can worsen existing damage. Internal hemorrhoids are not visible, unless they proplapse (protrude) from the anus, either constantly or during a bowel movement. If this is the case, then you have a grade III or IV internal hemorrhoid. If the protrusion is on the anal verge or the area surrounding the anus, then its likely an external hemorrhoid. Reducing pressure from issues of diarrhea and constipation will help. Not straining during a bowel movement, not lifting heavy objects, not sitting for extended periods, all will help.

An external hemorrhoid is simply a vein located at the anal verge, the wall of which as weakened and protruded. Don't push on it, this will only increase pressure and worsen it. The body has to repair the vein wall and rebuild the integrity. This takes time, perhaps weeks, if all goes well. Use sitz baths and over-the-counter medications such as pads or creams to provide symptom relief in the interim. These won't solve the issue long term, but will give the tissue a better chance at self-healing.

Internal hemorrhoids are a different matter and require more intervention. Your best bet is to educate yourself about the condition, its causes and what options there are to treat it both short and long term. Don't ignore it though, hemorrhoids tend to become chronic in nature, lasting years or decades in some cases.

you sound like you are constipated (it can happen any time not just with pregnancy) and probably have a hemaroid if you had blood. (they hurt like buggery and can itch sometimes and can bleed when you do poop)
Drink heaps of water, eat heaps of fruit and bran/fibre type foods. All-bran works a treat for breakfast to get you going everyday.
Get some cream for the hemaroids (Rectinol - it has local anistetic too, ahhh relief!!) and try going to the chemist or supermarket and buy some Metamucil. Its a powder you put into water (orange flavoured) and drink to make you go poo. Its quicker and easier than eating a bag of prunes!

Giving birth and upset to your routine can make you get really bound up as does a lack of fluid intake so make sure to drink 2 litres of water a day and see your doc or chemist if all this fails!

Don't worry we've all been there before! I suffered badly for ages with my pregnancies and after birth and I still get hemarroids from time to time!

You may have developed a small slit in your anus called a fissure. It does hurt or burn, but it is not a real serious problem. Be careful with your diet, be sure to eat enough fiber to keep your stools soft and easier to pass. If you need help, take a laxative for relief, but right at this point I think you need a suppository or even an enema. Pay close attention to the rectal area to make sure it is clean and dry. There are OTC medicines made for this area, that will help with burning. Swollen veins back there could be your trouble, I know they have a name but I 'll be darned if I can remember how to spell it right now. The medicines are actually made for them things,

Are you breastfeeding? If so, make sure you are consuming enough water such that you are not constipated! I had the same problem -- I could never get enough water when I was breastfeeding. High-fiber foods (like pears and oatmeal) helped me a bit. I stopped breastfeeding at 6 weeks (my son has lactose intolerance) and the constipation gradually went away after that (about 8 weeks post-partum). I don't know if had to do with the breastfeeding or if it would have went away anyway.

Please just get a glycerine suppository
I had a problem like this after my first baby and got so backed up because i didn't go that things got to the serios end of medical intervention. The doc said that a supp would have made my life so much easier. Then keep up the fibre till it settles. Prunes are great and apparently warmed prune juice will also having you running to the loo! Good luck. I sympathise. BTW Fruits veges etc will help after the intial relievement of current state. This won't help if you are backed up. if you are too embarresed to ask doc, try the pharmacist

I would get some stool softeners and then if the pain is on the outside get some Dermaplex. It is the best. You can find it in a red can by the band-aids. Spray it on your area and feel relief! I hope that this helps. I had a terrible problem as well. You could be starting your period again also.

Hemorrhoids are associated with constipation and straining at bowel movements. How to get rid of hemorrhoids https://tr.im/0uUKA
Pregnancy is also associated with hemorrhoids. These conditions lead to increased pressure within the hemorrhoidal veins that causes them to swell. Other conditions, for example chronic liver disease, may also cause increased venous pressure and may be associated with hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are very common and are estimated to occur in up to one-half of the population by age 50.

I think you need to get on the All-bran, this will help to get you going once a day, go get some today and ave a bowl.
Tomorrow you will be relieved, This is all apart of keeping the system running properly, if you dont! then you will get the blockages in the gut pipe(intestines) and believe me that can be very un-comfortable.
Good luck...
