The island of Maui. Best weather of any place I've been. I've only been all over Europe and North America, but I can't imagine anywhere having better weather than Maui. The northwest shore is wonderful near the city of Lahaina. The temperature in Maui is 70-80 degrees F all year round. Some of the best food and snorkeling is always great there. No question about this one.

There are so many places that have amazing weather. California (up and down most of the coast), India, Bora Bora, numerous Caribbean islands and the Bahamas, Australia, etc.
I have been to all of the places above, but my absolutely favorite place was Bermuda. AMAZING weather. It is exactly like how you described. You have amazing beaches (absolutely breathtaking), an excuse to take your shirt off, and it's not too humid. The people are also so friendly.

I grew up here in San Diego and have a house here [though my work in theatre often keeps me out of town for months at a time]. The weather is just sublime -- it never gets terribly cold, and generally the only really hot month is September.

Now Michigan has the best. We have our lakes and nice people. Our weather is so unpredictable but nice. Love snow and cold. You just do not know what you are missing.

I like it warm in Summer, cold in Winter, plenty of sun and plenty of rain (and a bit of snow).
So, the UK gets my vote.
