Umm you should take him to the vet. And for the baby mice its just as bad feeding it the baby mice.

If he is a large Iguana and it was a small toy, he MIGHT pass it. BUT, it could also cause an intestinal impaction. Please watch him closely and keep him well hydrated (he should have a pool of water large enough to soak in at all times). And by the way, Iguanas should NEVER be fed any kind of animal or insect protein--only vegetable and fruits. You are going to cause him to go into kidney failure with the diet you are feeding him, if he hasn't already. I'd get a vet check and some bloodwork done ASAP if he were mine.

Iguana's are vegitarians STOP feeding it meat. They dont digest it properly it can cause intestinal problems as well as serious nutritional concerns. Please go to the listed link and learn about your pet before it gets sick. Also a vet visit would be a good idea even if he didnt swallow a stuffie.I hope you are suppling adequate lighting heat (etc.)
Link learn and have a happy healthy friend for a long time.

He might be okay but id keep an eye on its poop to make sure it comes out.
But you might not be ok when that iguana gets really aggressive .
They do that when they get the taste of blood.
They dont need meat and giving it to them will make them really nasty.
So stick with romaine and kale
Your iguana will be just as healthy
And so will your hands when you reach in the tank.

you need to take him to a vet.he will not be able to digest a fluffy toy and depending on the size will find it very difficult to pass naturally .if it does block him up and you keep feeding him then he will become impacted, very stressed and you can guess what comes next.an x-ray will give a vet a good idea of size and if he can pass it without surgery.you do need to take him to a vet A.S.A.P.
