There is only one desire...the desire of the spirit

all other desires are used as tool by soul

In each moment.......desire ebbs and flows...........my physical desire is experienced becoming one with the one I love, and in another moment being physically strong when I want to move a heavy object. My emotional desire finds expression in love with my one love, and my two cats, when I create a painting, write esoteric poetry, and in each moment where I may give and receive love with others. My intellectual desire becomes excited and satisfied when I read, write, think, examine, problem solve, create. My spiritual desire is given wings everyday just through living, large and small, and through the things that come through me, to pass on to the world, while my soul journeys this life path. Here follows one of my writings .........

What brilliance does my song desire?
To be the passion of my heart's fire
And ever on the tongues of those who read
Bestow the truth that lingers by their breath.
My song is borne form passion's own desire
To be complete, as it were writ by fire,
Reveals the nature of its destiny's decree,
Becomes its word, the life was given it by me.
And promise of its light is what I want
Upon the future of it glowing bright,
As never before it did, before it I did write,
The very soul of me entwined these words,
They sang themselves a song, became the verse,
For heart's are singing with the song I sang
And melodies n'er heard before sprang
Full and loud into their hearts a fire,
To be the one true wish of my desire.

I love to be a physical person. I don't enjoy the emotional part. I think sometimes that intellectualism is the wrong thing and sprituality is enlightening.
