Masturbate... totally normal and healthy. Also keeps you from doing things that you know you will regret. Keep your virginity and just experiment with yourself.

That's mother nature calling. You can't stop it. You can either put up with the discomfort or masturbate to relieve the tension if you don't want to have sex.
