To eliminate skunk musk odor from in the home, close all windows and doors and turn off ventilation. Open all INTERIOR doors, closets, etc. Boil white vinegar for a couple of hours. Open windows and turn on ventilation. When the vinegar smell dissipates, it should take the skunk musk odor with it. White vinegar can be sprayed full strength on and under the house as well.
It can be added to the wash and rinse cycle for washable clothing, curtains and linens. White vinegar can also be added to carpet and upholstery shampooers and in the water used to mop floors.
A large pot of boiling white vinegar can be set on a thick pad of newspapers in an "odiferous", tightly closed car and allowed to cool completely. White vinegar can be used in water to wash car and spray underneath as well.

There is just no other way than a bath. Here's what you need. Skunk Smell Remedy Karyl Brandon, animal science technician at K-State's College of Veterinary Medicine, has tried several experiments to remove the skunk smell from sprayed animals. As a grooming expert, she says many of the common antidotes that people try, but fail to do the job, are tomato juice, vinegar and different types of shampoos. Brandon recommends an easy home recipe using ingredients that can be found in most drugstores. * One quart 3 percent hydrogen peroxide * One-fourth cup baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) * One teaspoon liquid soap She says to begin by wetting the animal down, then apply the mixture and work it through the animal's hair. Leave the solution on three to four minutes, and finish with a tap water rinse. Caution: Make up only as much of the de-skunking remedy as you can use at one time. It is unsafe to bottle and store this chemical combination.

My dog got sprayed by a skunk in the summer so we just let her stay outside/garage till she didn't smell anymore... It was only acouple days.. THEN we gave her a bath in hydrogen peroxide/baking soda.. That did the trick... As for your house you can sprinkle baking soda on your carpeted/furniture surfaces.. Let it sit overnight and vacuum... That will help.... Wash the dog bed or get a new one if it can't be washed...

You can also get a febreze type product called odorban... That will help as well.... Good luck

Burn a matchstick or two in each room, and then ventilate as much as possible.
