i do no longer think in organic evil. i think there are 3 categories of human beings: a million. people who do exactly no longer think of roughly what their strikes are doing to others, and/or do no longer care. those could be the folk who're sorting out for his or her very own ideal pastimes, and not factoring everybody else in. it is not evil...that is in basic terms self-renovation long previous incorrect. 2. people who easily have faith they're doing the main suitable element, and that the wear they're doing is justified. 3. The mentally unwell.

The answers you receive here are the same as you would receive there, and in the case of the person who thinks Abraham Lincoln was the most evil man in the world - have little to no understanding of History anyways.

Without a doubt...Adolf Hitler. I feel bad saying that though, knowing all the evil men that lived before him, with 3000 years of history to choose from. I simply can't think of anyone who effected the world with their evil as much as Hitler did.

Someone like Adolf Hitler would be an easy answer and would probably be valid by the thinking of most people. But I would lean toward someone like Ted Bundy (although not him specifically) who killed and inflicted pain for not apparent reason besides pleasure.
