I was wondering what song he samples because I cannot figure out the lyrics for the girl in the background.

there is no actual sample used in “can’t tell me nothing”. in fact, the vocals have been recorded especially for the song by Connie Mitchell, lead vocalist of australian electronica group Sneaky Sound System.
a lot of other websites also say it uses samples from “I Got Money”, and im listening to it now and i can’t figure out which part has been sampled. i think its the fact that both songs have the same producer (DJ Toomp) that is getting people confused.
