hi! heres what to expect when you decide to get your breast examined.. the doctor will ask you questions regarding the lump.. as to when you first noticed it.. if it is painful or not.. if you have lymph nodes (kulane) in your armpits or at the neck.. if you have relatives who have similar conditions as yours.. if you have relatives who are breast cancer survivors..etc... he will then do his examination of your breast and check for the lump.. including your armpits. depending upon your age and the character of the lump, he can suggest to have it removed (excised) or do a biopsy (take a sample of the lump) or do a mammogram (xray of the breast) or request for an ultrasound.
i understand your being hesitant but diseases are treated especially well if detected early. i suggest you find the guts to see your doctor as soon as possible.

Please contact the organization Y-Me at: http://www.y-me.org thru their "Contact Us" section to see if they have information on doctors in your country.

As for the exam they will do a mammogram and an ultrasound to check this lump further to see whether it's cancerous or not.
