How can i stay focus, cause most of my day is daydreaming!

Sometimes daydreaming can be a sign of unfulfilled fantasies in life. Do you do anything that leaves you feeling rewarded? Are the daydreams of any particular nature? If you find your mind wandering that may be a normal reaction to boredom. However, if you find you're having trouble focusing, even when you're doing something you enjoy you may want to ask your doctor about ADD.

this is a sign of creativity
im the same as u but when i wanna focus i focus
i daydream all day long like u especialy when im doing sth that doesnt require focusing such as sitting in the skool bus, trying to sleep......
however heres how u can stop it if it gets out of control :
-keep urself busy by planning what u do the whole day...dnt leave free time.
-dnt watch too much tv or read too much comic books...of course u can but not TOO MUCH
so ur mind doesnt get used to have images up ur head all the time

I keep daydreaming too !! Suppose , you are listening to a lecture , concentrate on it !! Do not think about anything else , like how clown like the lecturer's nose looks . Stay focused . Whenever such thoughts come in to your head , push them away and concentrate .

Take a task and see if you can focus on it and do it well.If yes,don't worry.Slowly but surely,it would diminish with passage of time.
