I personally HATE mint flavored food, especialy cookies, who would mix something entirely different and call it food, i wouldn't.

Mint flavor in food is revolting because it reminds the tooth paste, You are right their is no need to add mint unnecessarily, except on some cold medicines .

i guess it depends on what it is. i like mint with ice cream but im not sure if i would like it in cookies or cake. but chocolate is good with a little hint of mint..lol
