Without a doubt President Bush. If anyone thinks Paris Hilton is a better intelligent speaker between the two of them, then you haven't listened to Paris Hilton speak in public lately. Now please don't mix personalities in the mix as we might come up with a different answer.

I believe Bush is actually a (reasonably) smart person,he's just absolutely horrible at speaking.If I became friends with bush,then he would make a pretty good job reference.Paris Hilton,albeit very...how can I say this,worn in,has a pretty nice body,and I'm sick of being the only one of my friends that is a virgin.

I highly doubt either of them could hold a long conversation. Plus you said intelligent. Isnt that asking a little much from them two? Bush would start stuttering and making excuses and paris would try to do me.
