Count back 40 weeks. Then give or take two weeks. The mother should have been informed of her conception date on her first prenatal visit. The baby's already here though, does it REALLY matter when he/she was conceived? (I guess for paternity reasons it matters)

her Last Menstrual Period would be around Jan 24th. She would have conceived around 7th of feb depending on her ovulation dates (so give or take a few days either side).
