"Disk Unreadable Error" on Xbox 360!?

For some odd reason whenever I play FIFA 08, I always get a "Disk Unreadable Error" and I have exchanged the game and with the new CD it still gives me the same error. I have obviously tried cleaning the disk and also cleared cache and formatted my hard drive, but I still have the problem! I also noticed that the Xbox scratches the disks but my Halo 3 has scratches but it is perfectly fine! Does anyone know what is up? If I send my Xbox to Microsoft can they exchange me with a new Xbox since my warranty is still available? Please help! All my other games work but FIFA 08! I don't know what is wrong! Please give me methods or steps or advise on how to fix this, thanks!

Here are the steps to take to solve your problem.

1. Sell your Xbox 360 and all of the games.
2. Buy a PS3 if you don't already have one.
Problem solved!

My PS3 hasn't scratched a single disc that I have put in it since I bought it in January and the PS3 is a more relaible console than the Xbox 360.
