it depends on the woman. Weight gain has a lot to do with breast size too.
Mine went from a 'c' to a 'dd' by 8 weeks with the first baby and reached an 'f' by the time my milk came in.
with my second child it was much more gradual and I only noticed a big change in the early 20weeks mark and they stayed that size. about a 'dd'
I am 7 weeks pregnant now and have noticed a slight change where they are a little fuller but not big enough to have to go up a size in bras yet.
Most women will notice a difference in the second trimester and they continue to grow steadily but slowly from there on.

I was bigger in 2 months. I went from a size B to an E in 9 months but I also gained a lot of weight. It may have been the french fries.

I am in my second month and they are already starting to grow. But this is my second pregnancy so they are already pre-programmed on what to do. :-)
My first pregnancy they didn't grow AT ALL my entire pregnancy, but they grew about 3-4 cup sizes within a week after having my son.

I think the average to start enlarging is somewhere in the 2nd or 3rd month. Sometimes longer, though.
