That Mississippi State managed to win 7 games this year? I mean, yeah, they're probably going to some dot com Bowl game and have taken a few beatings this year, but isn't that a decent accoplishment for a team that hadn't had a winning season in more than five years?

They had some impressive games and some really good wins. They prove that even a middle of the road SEC team is better than most top line teams from other conferences.

It's great seeing a team turn things around. I saw them when they came to WVU and played and despite losing, they looked good.

We hear about the big time SEC fans...Tenn, Florida, Georgia, LSU, Alabama. It's nice to see another team in the conference to come around.

Who knows maybe Mississippi State will win the SEC west in a few years.

Yes, and congratulations to them! They also beat Auburn, #14 Kentucky and #21 Alabama. It's great to see the underdogs win. I would like to see them get a bowl and win.

Actually dpj, it doesn't prove that at all. It proves they went 7-5 and had a good season. It hints that maybe your SEC conference isn't quite as good as you would think
